Exceptionally well made. The pour is a bright yellowish and hazy orange body with a top heavy off white foam. The nose has a great blend of farmhouse funk, floral and spicy hops and big grapefruity and fresh citrus hops. Great flavourful first sip with an awesome balance and a ton of grapefruit and zesty citrus on the finish. Funky and farmhouse notes blend well.

Appearance: pours with a huge off white head, head is very dense, it's a very hazy gold color Aroma: fruit, yeast, sour, tart, apple, pretty good aroma Taste: kind of wild initially, has a strong bitterness on the finish, Palate: slightly above average carbonation, leaves an alcohol and bitter aftertaste Overall: this is kind of a blend between a farmhouse and an ipa, pretty good, high alcohol ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy yellow orange pour, frothy short head. Aroma of funk, fresh green grapes, pepper, lager hops. Tastes of banana yeast, sweet, slight tang, herbal hops and some brettanomyces. Alcohol is very well hidden. Creamy yeast palate. Delicious paled out strong belgian. Fully flavored yet so refreshing it almost tricks you into thinking it’s hydrating you.

Bottle, 12oz. It pours a dense, white head over a hazy, yellow-golden body. Lightly peppery aroma with pine cones and lemon peel. Pale malts and a faint brett touch too. The flavor has a nice bitterness, a little sweetness and all the yummy found in the aroma. Mostly dry on the palate, full to medium body and with a nice carbonation level. Lasting finish with a nice bitterness. Didn’t notice the alcohol until finishing the beer, that’s always a good sign. Yet another beauty from Stillwater. 130810

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, dried fruits, citrus, orange and hint of alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long orange fruity and slightly warm and bitter finish. Body is full, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

750ml bottle shared with my cousin, Theaccusator, poured into a snifter. Pours a beautiful deep golden with a nice inch-thick head. Aroma is of belgian yeast, cereals, herbal and resinous hops, and also chamomile, stangely, as another reviewer described! Taste is medium sweet but leaning towards the bitter end because of its pronounced hops profile for a belgian, alas. Body is medium with a rather lively/high carbonation (turns you into a burping machine, seriously). Overall a really good brew. I’ve had a Mikkeller/Stillwater collab before and wasn’t so impressed, but this is something else. The 9% abv is not really obvious, until it slaps you behind the head...! Well done.

Hot damn I love these 4-packs. Great to see Stillwater somewhat affordable these days. This beauty pours a bright hazy gold with a soft, pillowy white head. Nose of pineapple, lemon and citrus, wood, some chamomile, grass, powdery yeast, and a touch of green pepper. Taste adds a soft sweetness and a surprisingly bitter hop kick. Fantastic.
