Draught. Clear hay yellow liquid with medium to big white head. Aroma of white pepper, lemon peel, spices, grain, citrus, wheat and grain. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of white pepper, bubblegum and grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

Pours brown with medium light tan head. Aroma of belgian yeast, spices, carnation. Taste is light porter roasted, almost seasonal. Body is light and sticky with soft carbonation.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, malt, and yeast.

Pours a cloudy bright golden color with a monstrous white head. The beer is way way over carbonated which detracts from what would otherwise be an awesome saison. The flavor is complex with funky earthy hops and notes of lemon vanilla rye toast and dried flower petals. Can't tell if I really like this due to the carbonation issue. Otherwise delicious.

Pours a hazy golden with a big head and plenty of lacing on the glassssss!
The aroma is lightly dusty & fairly sweet smelling with some raisin and honey. Some light peppery and pale malt notes while subdued are very nice.
The flavor has a lot of golden raisin character with some mild honey, plenty of black pepper and bright fruit. It’s got some grapey malt likka booze notes but in a nice way.
Sits kind of heavy on the palate.

Bottle. Golden and opaque, with an initially towering top that subsides but clings. The aroma is soapy, with a bit of citrus. This drinks with a full body, unexpected for such a light-colored brew. Creamy, frothy mouthfeel. Bit of spice, bit of tropical fruit, bit of farmhouse funk. Good stuff. (#4977, 4/9/2013)

Nice golden color, almost a Belgium style beer with extra hops. Has a nice amount of hops and is well structured. After taste is pleasant and hoping to try more from this brewer

Cloudy golden pour with a foamy layer of white head and thick sticky lacing .... aroma of lemon, caramel hops, citrusy, fruity yeast and orange .... taste of lemony and citrusy hops with a caramel malt and fresh grassy hop .... has a nice citrusy bitter bite .... mouthfeel is a bit oily .... nice solid brew abv hidden well

From the tap poured an amber color with a good amount of head. Nice light malty hoppy flavor with a quick finish.
