4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Review nine nine nine.
Pours a very pretty golden yellow hue. Nose not what I expected without looking into the beerís style or ABV, a bit of alcohol fumes but very good belgian estery character, pear/apple/peppery spice. Taste is moderately sweet but finishes clean enough, some more green pear and a bit of spice in the finish. Another really good beer from Stillwater, they are consistently impressive despite this being a dip into a style Iím not all that fond of.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @ Original Gravity Public House. Hazy honey pour with a 1/2 inch ivory foam that creeps a bit out of the tulip. Nose is soft citrus, banana, fresh cut grass, and a hint of pepper. Flavor is both tropical and herbaceous with mango and papaya present along with green, leafy qualities. The Belgian yeast is noted. Solid.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours very hazy yellow with lots of carbonation, big fluffy white head. Aroma is Banana yeast and citrus hops. Lots of big citrus sweetness, with some funky banana clove yeasty character. Hides the ABV a litle to well. A very refreshing and flavorful citrusy beer. Iím pretty toasted at the moment and I like it quite a lot.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy golden pour - moderate soapy lace - nose is quite tropical at first, with notes of pineapple, papaya, and citrus - this is followed by a more herbal hoppiness and white grape character - there are some very slight banana esters that get in the way of these other qualities a bit, but they are very mild - nice frothy carbonation in the mouth - tart, tangy, moderately bitter throughout, with some honey and citrus oil sweetness through the middle to balance - more tropical character in the form of pineapple - finishing bitterness and hop character brings flavors of white pepper, mint, herbs - medium dry, bitter finish - pretty nice - reminds me of a strong version of Crooked Stave Hop Savant.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750mL bottle, pours a cloudy murky golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma brings lots of hops, lots of Belgian yeast, and some crackers. Flavour brings out loads of floral hops, Belgian yeast, and a touch of anise. Extremely well-rounded, with loads of floral hops and Belgian yeast dominating the palate. Alcohol is deceivingly well-hidden. Wonderful stuff.
