One of the dryest belgian ales I can recall, which distinguishes this from many in the style. Wonderful fruity bouquet. Lemon, yeasty. Finishes slightly tart. What a treat. Stillwater really impresses me and excel in the belgian style.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head top hats and sea foams as it recedes leaving clumpy lacing. Lemon and yeast aromas. Crisp with bittersweet caramel upfront turning to citrus in the lasting bitter finish.

Very nice and refreshing summer beer. Lots of lemon in the aroma and flavor. Quite dry and easy going down. Beware the ABV though. It can’t be detected.

Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with weak funky hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish with weak hints of citrus.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. A huge gusher. Nig white bubbles. A clear golden beer underneath. Cloudy golden. Nice fruit, yeast, funk. A bit of sulfur. This is tasty and pleasant.

On tap at CBC. Pours hazy yellow with a cfreamy white head. The aroma is lemon, citrus, caramel and yeast. The flavour is yeast, caramel, fruit, light booze, light acid and grass. Well made.

Goldedn yellow, with a HUGE white head. Vigorus carbonationNice aroma - melon, candy sugar, white bread. Flavor is sweet honeydew melon, black pepper, white wine and grape juice. Some oak notes, too.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2012. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, spices and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, spices, medium bitter and medium sweet.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120512]
