COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
So for designing my table beer I had to balance all my imbibing desires into a product that would always quench my thirst. I compiled some of my favorite attributes into a format that would be pleasing on any day or time. Low abv, dry finish with a light funky yeast esters that are accented with a abundance of earthy & fruity hops. Balance is always the goal, but for this I also wanted extreme quaff-ability, refreshment, and subtle complexity.. Classic? perhaps. www.tablebeer.com

Yellow-gold with massive, flotsam, white head / Dry, elegant, floral nose of citrus, coriander, truly big manure / Light body, a touch thin, with otherwise excellent balance, beautifully dry and bitter / Floral, perfumey flavors of orange peel, pear, passion fruit, coriander, manure / Weak of body, but at 4.7% itís probably a direct result. Great stuff.

Bottle from Total Wine, Naples. The pourís light gold with a discreet white head that quickly fades. The nose is mild farmhouse yeast. Hints of banana and spring fruits. Marshmallow. The taste is super dry white grape, apple sauce. A bit of barnyard funk. Light zippy yeasty profile. Just a hint of brett. Quite dry on the finish. Light body, plenty of carbonation. Overall, a pretty good beer. Very drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a deep bright golden color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with excellent retention and great lacing. Aroma of dry Brett notes with light funky notes is very enjoyable and refreshing. Taste is also dominated by some notes of dry flora notes with light Brett and funky ester with light rustic malt backbone. Light citric notes are also easily perceptible. Body is about average with great carbonation. Very enjoyable beer that is not overly dominated by Brett but still retain a great balance between drinkability and complexity.

650ml bomber pours a golden color with a huge white head that retains well and leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is funky with some fruit, earthy tones and yeast notes. Taste is an earthy hop bitterness with some fruity and malty sweetness and a dry yeasty finish. An interesting brew, but a little too funky for my tastes.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Soap and spice aroma with light frutiiness. Spice and soap flavor with fruit. Medium bodied. Spice and soap linger with fruity esters.

ChainGangGuy (4386) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - MAR 7, 2013
650ml bottle - $9.49 at Minkís Package Store in Marietta, Georgia.

Appearance: Pours a hazed, light straw-hued body with a lofty, foaming, white crown of suds. Meringue-like lacing.

Smell: A touch of hay-esque malts, a spritz of fresh lemon and lime, half of a pineapple ring, and some Brett notes. As some of the yeastier deposits from the bottle make their way into the glass from latter pours, it picks up a big, spicy, floral perfumy quality.

Taste: Light, mild-mannered pils malts, very low, sans-crust bready quality and just a hint of sweetness. Soft touch of lemon-lime citrus. A few drops of pineapple juice. Heck, maybe some green apple. Lightly bitter. Agreeable, leathery funk character. Coriander and fresh florals later on. A little bit of mineral and a rebound of oily, moist citrus on the staunchly dry finish.

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Well carbonated for a nicely crisp mouthfeel.

Overall: Itís a little hay-like malts, some funk, and a appreciated citrus, until youíre brain is wrecked by the outstanding refreshment.

22 oz bottle. Clear straw with a torrent of tiny bubbles and a meringue head that continues to build. Nose is custard, sage, grass and lemon zest. Crisp, tingly, vibrant and bright finishing smooth and creamy. Taste is subtle grass, pine, honey and parsley. Gets bitter with citrus peel and green banana. Evokes a sunny afternoon; lovely.

Bottle. Hazy almost fluorescent yellow, foamy white head. Really nice looking beer. Nose is lemon, spices, orange coriander, very mild funk. Taste is spices, orange coriander, bittering hops. Smooth mouthfeel transitions well into dry finish. Really solid beer, just donít like the hints of orange coriander.
