COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
So for designing my table beer I had to balance all my imbibing desires into a product that would always quench my thirst. I compiled some of my favorite attributes into a format that would be pleasing on any day or time. Low abv, dry finish with a light funky yeast esters that are accented with a abundance of earthy & fruity hops. Balance is always the goal, but for this I also wanted extreme quaff-ability, refreshment, and subtle complexity.. Classic? perhaps. www.tablebeer.com

Good looking pour: tons of head, sticky lace. Lemony aroma accents the fizzy yeast. Highly carbonated, works well. Light on the palate, quite drinkable -- tasty too. And that's what a table beer is all about, no?

Pours yellow with tiny head. Grain smell. Light, sweet flavors like citrus fruit. Plenty of hops. Bitter finish.

A - Pours a clear golden-orange with a big finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a slow pace leaving behind some nice lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of Belgian yeast, farmhouse smells, spices, some funk, lemon zest, and sweet grainy malts. T - Starts off with a mix of sweet grainy malts, some tart lemon zest, some spices, and some citrus hops. Through the middle, some more Belgian yeast character comes through with some farmhouse flavors, some funk, and some peppercorn. The finish is a mix of sweet grainy and bready malts with Belgian yeast, some farmhouse flavor, some peppercorn and other spices, and some tart lemon zest. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry, tart, and funky finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice BPA with a good Belgian yeast character.

Bomber from TW. Hazy straw-gold pour with a huge rocky head leaving heavy lace. Nose is quite strong in plastic band-aid, with some spices and yeast. Light body with vigorous, sharp carbonation. Lots of estery Brett funk, but still quite dry. Some lemon, yeast, earth and pine hops too, but the Brett character predominates. Depending on how this one is handled, I think the live nature of the bottle may get itself in trouble.

Funky, funky, funky. Smells and tastes as if it was brewed with herbs and soil. Definitely earthy! Interesting, thoughtful and complex, with layers of herbs and funky earth notes. A controversial beer.. You'll either love it or hate it.. I loved it for its unique qualities. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

22oz bottle pours a lightly hazy, bright gold with some fluffy, lasting white head. Nose is perfume, a little bit of pear cider, grass, hay, some light lemon, a little light cheese, some light funk. Very inviting. Flavor is nice, sweet, light honey, light grassy, lightly cheesy, a little yogurt, some lemon, a little lemongrass, something a little medicinal, lavender, some high end soap. Dry and crisp finish. Exceptionally well balanced. A bit over priced at $12 for a bomber. If this was $8.99 it would be a regular selection for me.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2014 Bottle with Linh, Vi & Thi, Ken and Nicca at Bier Merchants in Brooklyn after Zwanze day. Pours a clear amber golden body with nice white head. Aroma is light lemon Brett, spicey esters, light wheat, and freshly cut grass. Mouthfeel is medium to thin with nice carbonation and notes of grass, yeast, earthy hops and light lemon. Very nice, refreshing session beer.

Botle. Well this is quite this nice little bia. Notes of lemon, grass, spruce, some sweat and barnyard. Awesome balance between the lemon zest and funk. Clean. Well made. One of my favorites from stillwater. Complex. Neat to try.

Draft. Poured a slightly hazy pale gold with a largish white head. Aroma and flavor were moderately bitter, quite funky. Some nice floral brettiness. Bit of citrus. Fine carbonation.

On draft at Pizzeria Paradiso in Dupont Circle. Pours a hazy yellow straw color with a smallish white bubbly head. Nose and flavor bring lovely combinations of soft lemon flesh, grassy hops, fresh bread dough, a pleasant floral component, and touches of cheesy funk. Quaffable and beautifully dry on the palate. Really delightful brew.
