Cask at Max’s. Nice fruity nose with warming sage, some pineapple and lots of grapefruit. Taste was dry and spicy, peppery, with light sage, lots of pineapple and citrus. Finish is tart and bitter. Lovely stuff. My table drank a little over a gallon of this beer combined.

Cask at Max’s. Very hazy pale yellow. Murky and thick. Spicy aroma with flowery and peppery notes. Very fruity. Tart and fruity flavor with lots of hops. Pineapple complements the hops very nicely and balances the sage very well. Light sweetness and a bitter finish. Another winner from Stillwater.
