Looks and smells better than it tastes. Too hoppy for this light of a saison. Overwhelms the yeast, ends up like a flimsy IPA instead of a saison.

The commercial description is a little confusing but as a saison it's very good. Hero yellow color off-white long-lasting had with good lacing. Faint spicy yeasty aroma. Bitter dry yeasty slightly lemony tangy flavor. Great body. Not bad but a bit heavy on the bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aromanice frontal dryness, dry honey like notes. Mild tartness with herbal meadow like vibe. Refreshing, fairly crisp character. 7+
Appearance :
Top: fizzy, rocky with sparse lace.
Base: pale gold, hazy.

Other notes very nice , tasty brew.

Can(s). Pour is cloudy yellow with a large, rocky white head. Aroma is spicy and dry with hints of pale malt and light black pepper. Flavor is full with loads of floral and spicy hop notes along with a clean dry finish. This is an amazing beer and at this ABV I am very impressed. Wish it was a little less pricey but this has still been my go to beer for months now. My current favorite low ABV beer. Love this stuff.

Had this at the 2014 RB Pittsburgh Summer Gathering at Horny Devel’s place. Actually it was after the equinox at the beginning of fall, but DILLIGAF. Big thanks to James & Michelle for hosting such a nice spread of quality beers. From a can this says its made from rice and corn, was expecting a pale lager thing but no. Smells like plain old beer but that’s as far as it goes. Light as lemonade but not too cloudy. Big foamy head. Not a whole lotta co2 in there and I’m surprised about that. Taste is fairly mild at first but then the personality kicks in. Gets a little rude at the end, Finish is more rude than expected considering the commencement.

Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus. Hazy yellowish pour with a generous head. Nose has lemon, yeast and some wheat. Taste is a bit weak, some lemon, grains, some white pepper and yeasty.
