On tap @ Congregation Long Beach. Hazy golden pour with a tall white head. Aroma is sweet, biscuit malt. Dough, lemon zest, white pepper, and yeast. Nice spicy and floral hops, as well. Flavor is mildly sweet with some biscuit and dough notes. A touch of apple, some lemon, and white pepper. Floral hops, yeast, and a dry finish.

Can. Poured clear pale color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted and produced excellent lacing. Light to moderate citrus and soft malt aroma. Medium body with a soft smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where not met and I hope this was a one off for this brewer.

Normal sized fucken can @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a murky yellow appearance with a lasting white head. Dusty pils malty, lemon, black pepper, a bit doughy, pear aroma. Dry grainy pilsner malty, grassy, rustic, slightly fruity, earthy flavor. Real basic but well crafted, dry, and super clean. @tame shelfie stLinc@e.

Pale straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is lovely - soft and spicy with a lean malt dryness. A bit of peppery character and a bit of light fruitiness. Zesty and a bit flinty. Nice and dry with some lingering bitterness.

Tap at Churchkey for CBC. Pours glowing, full haze bright straw almost neon. Medium meringue head. Swathes of lace. Nose is fresh kiwi, cantaloupe, banana, some stickier esters, light mango and papaya. Just a tad estery. Taste is boss: fresh kiwi, fresh tangerine juice. Huge grassy bitterness, herbal, snappy, ultra refreshing. Long pilsner finish- cracker, sourdough, grassy hops. Could go under any pilsner category.

Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium fizzy white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, pine and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, piney hops and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity yeast and floral hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pale gold. Effervescent, Belgian-like carbonation. Little adjunct flavor, mostly clean malt, honey and biscuits and such. Mineral-heavy and carbonic. Dry, somewhat bitter. Floral / lemon / pepper touches in the nose.
