UPDATED: MAR 17, 2014 tap at max’s. brilliant blonde, soapy tangerine wake nose hairs. Grassy and light, amazing nose. Flavor follows right in suit, even more hops, brilliant pang of citrus in the finish. Light sulfur shoots around as only complaint, slick body accents how dank it is.

Quite complex aroma is has a gritty earthy rustic grass quality. But reps some neat soft foggy hay. Pear skin. Lotta carbonation offered. Nicely dried out. Complex rustic hoppy light Belgian ale brew. Chuggable. Iso more of this brew. Ft stLinc@e.

Pours very pale and very hazy… straw colored with a big long lasting head and good lacing on the glass.

Aroma is earthy, doughy, & lightly fruity. The beer has a nice citrus rind character and some nice leafy and grassy happiness. It’s very inviting.

The flavor is very dry, extremely pleasant in bitterness with soft fruity and doughy flavors. I love the hop character here… not fruity really at all much more of a grassy & leafy hoppiness, bold but not brash.

Palate is light and lively…. it’s got a cool balance of lightness but enough carbonation to keep you sipping instead of slamming this real sessionable brew.

Yep, she’s a shelf beer.

12 oz can purchased as a single at Wine & Cheese, If You Please? on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is a hazy golden yellow with a rocky one inch egg white head that falls slowly with nice lacing. The aroma is lemon and apple fruit, hay, grass and bready malt. The taste is a pleasant combination of the fruit soft sweet notes, along with the general hay bread malt. There is an interesting tang to the finish which also dried it out considerably. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the clean dry finish. Interesting beer, quite easy to drink.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a little funky with some lemon citrus. Flavor is more funkiness with some herbal hops and some bitter lemon. Finish is bone dry and very clean. I don’t know what style they were trying for here but who cares this works. A very dry easy drinking beer with plenty of funk and flavor with low alcohol.

Super hoppy nose with citrus and herbs, some light honey and a touch of past. Taste is very dry, moderately bitter, lots of herbs and fresh citrus, somelight juicy sweetness at the end. Fantastic stuff, could drink all day.

12 oz. can. It pours a hazy yellow color with a nice white head that shrinks to a thin layer. The aroma is potent with salt and pepper, slight clove and bubblegum sweetness and dry, spicy, floral hops. Kind of smells like a hefe/saison hybrid. The flavor is super dry, spicy, crisp and refreshing. The citrusy hop bitterness in the finish melds nicely with the peppery spicy yeast. Very nice beer.

Fort Walton can. Nice refreshing beach ale. A little sweetness, a little citrus and a decent hit of bitterness. Nice session ABV too. Good.

12 oz. can from the Bier Cellar, Portland ME. Lightly hazy yellow with a ridiculous amount of carbonation. Aroma is very subtle yeast and weak floral notes.

Flavor is much like the aroma, subtle. Weak pilsner malt, fruit notes, corn and light citrus pith. Rustic grains, pretty good. The mouthfeel is light and effervescent. Easy to drink for sure. I just did a side by side comparison with Allagash Saison. For me this is a distant second.
