This is hands down better than almost any pale lager out here, light but robust in aroma and taste. Some citrus qualities mix well with the cereal grains. Nice fluffy head and lots of sticky lacing. This is an everyday drinking beer, perfect for summertime and picnics.

[Draft] Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, honey, corn and grains. Taste of toast, grains, toffee malts, lemon, and lightly bitter. Nice, crisp, and simple.

Straw colored pour, herbal grassy aroma. Herbal, light medicinal and mentholyptic notes. Nice medium to fuller mouthfeel. Grassy hay notes. Pretty good

Aroma is yeast, light fruit and corn/rice. The flavor is yeast, tropical fruit/kiwi, mild sweetness and a sourish/dry finish.

Can from Proof. Cloudy light golden pour with a large rocky white head. Aroma of Rice Krispy Treats, light sugar, touches of yeast esters with grassy hops. Light crisp and snappy pale pils malt body, corny mid palate with bright grassy and herbal hops through the finish. Insanely drinkable and delicious.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2013 Rating #1900: can from Proof. Yellow pour with visible carbonation, a huge bright white head, lots of lacing. Aroma is pleasant yeast, grain, musty lemon/citrus, pepper. Tastes are straw, pepper, grass, herbal, tropical citrus. Slightly dry moderately bitter finish. Drinkable. Nice that it’s in 6 packs -- good alternative to our typical ipa sixers.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is Stillwater yeast, corn, and hops. Taste is like a light saison or Belgian ale with a nice hoppy tinge. The yeast does a lot of the work and makes this beer what it is. Easy to drink. Refreshing. Quite good.

10/20/13. 12oz can from Beach Liquors in Fort Walton Beach. I know that heykevin and MaxxDaddy drink this stuff like sorority girls going to town at the best fraternity’s big party, so I had to get it. Lightly hazy golden pour with a huge, thick, tight off-white head that lasts and laces well. I thought this was just an adjunct lager, but first whiff proves me wrong. What a nice surprise! Mild Brett - light funk, fruity, a hint of a tire aspect, bits of tropical fruits and bubblegum, light citrus. Mild bitterness, really light flavor, bubblegum and fruitiness abound. Tasty stuff.
