12oz can picked up at the COOP a month back.. pours clear straw golden.. white head with flecks in the pillow. Big phenolic bubblegum and minor clove and peppercorn.. white wheat.. green apple esters. Flavor is nicely done with the lower ABV... clovey phenols and grassy/lemon hops mesh a fermented out pale malt essence.. big carbonation.. still pretty drinkable... The low ABV is special, I would like to see this more often in the coolers.

Bevuta in lattina da 33 cl comprata a lo sfuso a torino. Gialla limpida schiuma abbondante e mediamente persistente. Leggera e molto beverina. Finale old style.

A self-proclaimed "post-prohibition" ale, Classique is ridiculous in all the right ways. The corn, rice, and pils malt give this beer a cereal grain aroma and malty sweetness. It would play out like a lame joke if it weren’t for the earthy and lightly dank yeast and floral hops. There’s a hint of peppery spice, and the carbonation is lively. The combination of American-style swill and Belgian-style yeast should be a novelty at best. Somehow, Stillwater has managed to make this a delightfully weird and tasty low-ABV brew. This a brewery that loves to experiment, and so far I’m loving the results.

Tap - average size foamy head, medium straw color, fairly well balanced overall, some sweet malt and earthy hops, mildly dry finish, not bad overall ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light, yellow-golden with a gigantic sudsy, well-retaining white head. Baking soda, beefy hop, lemon, and basement aromas. Full mouthfeel. Surprisingly little carbonation scrub given its liveliness. Basement air, lemon, beefy hop, and seltzer flavors.

corn and rice make this a specialty grain instead of a pale lager? OK. Hoppy up front with a bite, and a crisp bite that is both malty sweet and slightly hoppy. Can.

Can poured into pint glass: Clear bright golden straw color with about an inch of white suds. Aroma of corn, wheat, some funk. Semi dry bitterness, a bit of corny sweetness and fairly aggressive carbonation. Meh.

This pours a cloudy, straw yellow color with a big fizzy white head. The aroma is full of grassy grain, lemon, and other floral hints. The texture is light and easy drink with a blunt lemon, dry flavor with an unpleasing after taste. Just an easy sipping beer, not much else here.

Can at Örebro Ölcafé. Fruity smell with bananas. Herbal taste with foam banana. Light and refreshing. High carbonation.

Backlog rating. Keg at Kings Arms tap takeover, London. It pours an unclear straw color with small white head. Aroma is grainy and floral, with light straw, hay, citrus, grass. Taste is also crispy, dry, with straw, spelt, light funky and lemon tang, grass, flowers. Light to medium bodied with sparkling carbonation. Overall, quite nice
