Nearly clear, pale yellow-gold with a 2 finger, fluffy white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is mostly yeast, stone fruit and floral, citrus and fruity hops some very light cereal grain notes. Flavor is floral and grainy up front followed by slightly funky, fruity and spicy yeast, nice citrus, floral and passion fruity hops, a little pepper and mineral notes. Light body with a neutral feel and light, but blanketing and sharp carbonation and off dry finish. Good stuff, but the malt side is pretty lacking, the yeast and hops make up for it well enough, though. I am not really sure what makes this a Specialty Grain style beer, but it is a nice, light and flavorful hoppy Saison.

Poured from a can. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Pine and hops aroma. Light body with a light hop and tart flavor and a light finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lovely dandelion blonde pour; heavy carbonation evident and the white cap is persistently replenished. Super crisp pils malt with wildflower honey, dried grasses and chlorinated, mineral water nose. Subtle tones of apricot, and mint from the intrigue of quiet hops. Delicate esters twinkle here and there.

The flavor is dry as cobwebs a century old, or some moon rock mineral dust. Dried flowers, pencil shavings, dry maize and saltwater biscuit pils malt form the substantial body. The smacking, bitter dryness following raw green herbs. Gruyere rind level dry finish, with some mild funk being the only true flavor left to compete.

Eminently drinkable in its construction of healthy texture and high-treble crispness, in the goddamn stratosphere.

12oz can. Blonde with a frothy white head. Slight haze. Flavors are pepper, orange peel, lemon, hay, grass and cereals with floral and earthy notes. Light body, moderate to high carbonation, slick texture. Dry, bitter and herbal finish.

Pours a straw yellow. Aromas of earthiness and hay. Spice is.present but not as dominant as expected. There’s other saisons I’d have before this one.

Pours hazy golden pilsner straw in color with a nice creamy white head. Aroma is my favorite part bringing a unique nuance to sweet, light grassy smooth farmhouse yeast that I thoroughly enjoy. Flavor brings a nice blend of sweet pilsner malts, bitter green hops, and farmhouse yeast.

On tap at Bridge Tap House in STL. Pours a fairly clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is apples and fairly bland. Flavor follows. Very mild. Not much yeastiness. Decent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This one is tough to place. A bit of bread, a bit of bitter hops, some fruit and spice...a lot of flavor for sub 5%. Sweetness and pepper work well together.

On draft at Eli Cannons in Middletown CT. They had it listed as a saison, and it sure tastes that way to me due to the yeasty, peppery flavor. Lots of citrus as well - great flavor. Sessionable and refreshing.
