Nearly clear, pale yellow-gold with a 2 finger, fluffy white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is mostly yeast, stone fruit and floral, citrus and fruity hops some very light cereal grain notes. Flavor is floral and grainy up front followed by slightly funky, fruity and spicy yeast, nice citrus, floral and passion fruity hops, a little pepper and mineral notes. Light body with a neutral feel and light, but blanketing and sharp carbonation and off dry finish. Good stuff, but the malt side is pretty lacking, the yeast and hops make up for it well enough, though. I am not really sure what makes this a Specialty Grain style beer, but it is a nice, light and flavorful hoppy Saison.

A little damp basement aromas. Pee yellow with the right amount of head for that. Super smooth with light clean grain beer.

12 oz can says packaged 06/16/2014. Was worried about oxidation, but I’ll be damned that this beer has held up. A very pleasant surprise. Lots of esters and banana runts on the nose. I’d swear this was a Belgian wit. Nice carbonation. Flavor has plento more banana esters.

On tap at Z Innej Beczki. Clear golden color, nice white head. Aroma is floral, light citrus, some pale malt. Taste is light bitter, medium sour. Flavor is grapefruit, orange zest, floral, some clear malt profile, corn. Fells like saison with pils. Light body, thin texture and medium carbonation. Intresting brew, refreshing and pretty unique.

Surprising beer here with scent and flavor. Sort of a malty saison mixed with some hop and citrus flavors. Not my typical go to IPA, but something I would definitely drink again

Can pour hazy light yellow with infinite suspended fine particles and large white head. Nose tart and slight sour with grassy and lemon hop. Taste moderate bitter up front, then some lemon and citrus. Later palate crystal malt. Minimal bitterness on the finish. Hint of spice in the aftertaste. Goes well with the sushi I am having.
