3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a hazy copper with very light beige head. Smells malty and mildly yeasty with some berries and mild candied sugar. Some floral notes as well. Tastes like it smells with a bit more yeast; still balanced though. Mouthfeel is medium to medium full-bodied. A solid take on the style.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Enjoyed this 12 oz bottle. Medium body and roasty. Nice at 8% abv. Tastes a little "yeasty" or "bready" on the finish, but will buy again. Not a style I drink often so will revisit.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
No aroma of saison yeast, smells like a belgian brown ale. taste is bittersweet some hints of herbs - probably the rose hips, hibiscus and berries they’ve put in it. But it doesnt do it for me as a saison, or a dark saison. If this would be a Belgian brown I would rate this better, as the taste is quite ok, but if you go for a dark saison, im expecting a dark, saison..

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured from bottle into a teku glass, mostly dark translucent brown rims and cloudy black in the center.
Nose is mostly subtle in nature - roast malts and some smokiness.
The palate is light-medium bodied but quite foamy. The typical farmhouse flavor of Stillwater comes out the most prominently with a slight caramel sweetness. The finish shows an extremely slight bitterness from the roast malts. Overall, the flavors don’t work against each other but lack any intensity to become something unique.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dark beer with a surprisingly roasty and somewhat fruity aroma. Watery mouth feel and notes of roasted malt, yeast and some fruit. I have to say that i found this beer very uninteresting

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Ölbutikken, Copenhagen. Clear deep amber beer with a decent beige head. Roasted floral aroma, rosehips, spicy notes. Spicy herbal flavor, rose hops, floral, quite spicy, perfume, some licorice. A bit odd, not your typical saison.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Sugar, berry, and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with small head. Sweet-tart berry and smoky toffee malt flavor. Light body. Okay, but can’t really tell what they were going for here.
