ClubGonzo (3854) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 3, 2013
Bottle from Beer Planet, Brussels. Pours a slightly hazy light orange body with a massive cloudy white head. Nose is peppery yeast tones, citric peel, grapes and hints of farmhouse tones, hay and wet grass. Taste is citrus and wet grass up front, then banana-like esters with clove and hay dominate mid-palate. Sweet yeasty ending with candi sugars and hints of grains and floral touches. Medium body and a bit too high carbonation, which comes across as slightly stinging rather than a motor for the aroma and flavor. Still, quite refreshing for its high ABV.

sayravai (4667) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 23, 2013
(Bottled@HBF 2013) Hazy golden, large head. Grainy malt in the nose with stuffy lactic-acidic and vegetable notes, and not much fruitiness. Fortunately the flavor does carry lots of fruitiness, with some sour brett notes, but also acidity, pungent hoppiness, and even alcohol. Medium to full body, soft CO2. A somewhat unclean and stuffy, even acidic brew, with a not very pleasant hop profile.

Mashy husky aroma. Heady. Earthy husky taste. Not boozy, in fact it covers the alcohol well. Very dull, but well crafted. Soft, not too sweet.

Countbeer (4302) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 8, 2013
Bottle: Medium to bigger sized white foamy head. Thick with a part that’s airy underneath. A murky orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, citrus, plant extracts, yeast, malts, oatmeal, flowers and grapefruit. Flavours of hops, bitters, floral tones, yeast, light citrus, light grassy, creamy, flowers, some sprinkles of peach and grapefruit some herbs and more floral tones! Aftertaste is a mix of floral tones, bitter and hopgrass. Low carbo, soft creamy foamy mouthfeel, good medium body and a full creamy texture. Very nice beer, good floral hoppy but with just a bit too much foam as mouthfeel and texture.
