Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen december 2012. Hazy golden beer with a big offwhite head. Fruity, citrus sweetsourish aroma. Similar flavour. Nice and refreshing beer :-)

Bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy gold with a lightly lacing white head. Aroma is earthy, fruity, citrus. Med body. Flavor is earthy, tinge sour, citrus. with a little fruit. finish is earthy/sour - but mild sour. Gets a little grapey with time. Nice and refined.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours blonde with an attractive white head and a sour fruity aroma. There is a carbonated fruit flavor that resembles pear and finishes very winey.

Draft. Pours hazy yellow with a good lasting and good lacing frothy white head. Aroma is biscuit malt, flowery hops, grapefruit, intense estery fruityness (hubba-bubba), citrus, peppery, spicy and some phenols. Taste is light sweet and bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Finishes dry and a little spicy - very elegant.

Tap @ MikkellerBar. Slightly hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, brett, hop and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, brett, hop, yeast, spices, little citrus and medium bitter.

Gushed like a volcano once the cap was popped ~ luckily the glass was close. Poured hazy golden with a huge white head. The aroma is powdery/flowery with light toast, hibiscus, herbs, mild malt, peach and lemon. It has a medium body with a huge amount of frothy micro sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with dry fruit, spice, cellar must, earthy saison-ish yeast, apple and floral aspects. The finish has leafy dry herbs, peach, hint of smoke, leather and ginger. Another beer that is quite nice from Stillwater.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy light golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of fruity funk, lemons, cereal, pepper, wheat and fruit. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of fruity funk and wheat. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Awesome stuff, nicely funky.

Bottle: a bit expensive but sometimes that's something you have to stomach for rarity. Pours hazy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Bretty, barnyard funk, oak barrel, floral juniper, smoke, citric acids on the nose. Acidity on the palate, complex smokiness with granny apples, oak barrels, Brett, some tartness and drying on the finish. Really well done by one of the leaders in Farmhouse today. Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Somewhat hazy pale golden beer with a very nice lasting firm offwhite head. Bready yeasty aroma, brett, stable, leather, vinous, biscuits, faint notes of smoke, caramel, citrus, some grapefruit, tart, floral and with some spices. Spicy wheat flavor, brett, stable, yeast, sourish, rubber notes, dandelions, tart, floral, biscuits, some underlying smoke that also brings some sweetness, apples, grapefruit, bitter grass. Nice body and with a sourish floral finish with spicy notes. Very nice beer!

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow gold with a large white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains and flora with some underlying grassiness and just a bit of light sweet fruit. Flavor starts with sweet light fruits and flora with a good amount of grassiness with just a hint of brett funkiness.
