On tap at Churchkey. Pours a clear golden straw color with a nice single finger white head. Nice retention and a good bit of spotty lacing as it goes down, eventually falling to a thin cap and collar. The nose starts with some beautiful floral and herbal notes, followed up by a touch of soft, light malt. The flavor continues with the same points of emphasis, adding in a nice touch of bitterness through the back end and finish. The bitterness is nice and lingering. Impressive. Light body with moderate carbonation. Crisp and clean. There’s a touch of malt followed by solid bitterness. Great drinkability and subtle complexity. Great spice utilization. Highly recommended.

Had with some Bols Genever, all courtesy of Jack Rose’s. Hazy yellow straw color, little bit of puffy head. Smell is fresh wheat and citrus, and the taste is similar with some... nutmeg?. Refreshing, nice.

Sampled at Brewvival 2012. Near clear light yellow pour with ring of white head. Did this have citrua hops? Lemony nose. Bright crisp refreshing grassiness with hints of hay. good saison i’d say.
