Growler shared by YGTBSM94. Amber-red-brown. Thin, non head. Interesting toffee and herbal nuances. Unique hop tones, somewhat mellow and peppery. Very herbal. Subtle earthy undertones. Unique.

tan with a light beige ring. heavy dough and oak. Heavy oak bitterness, yeast, lots of cask and bitterness, singularly so. Thinner body accentuates flat bitterness, which I like.

Cask at Churchkey. Poured a copper color, tiny bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel notes, touch of spice. Touch of hops, pine, sweet notes are its flavor.

Draft @ PSAH - Dark hazy copper, thin creamy white head. Fruity earth and rye aromas warm to a soft spiced wet autumn leaf tone. Up front melon- biscuit and floral earthy hop flavors round with a soft bittersweet spiced conclusion. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Cheers to Steve and Brian for another job well done...

Growler- newly filled dry-hopped with Tettnang. Thanks to ygtbsm94 for sharing! The pour is a flat, hazed deep orange to amber looking kind of dirty brown in the glass. No penalties for low carbonation on growler pours ;) The nose is very nice: heavy rye and fennel with anise and allspice. Lots of earthy spices that don’t come across as medicinal. Taste is not too thick or sweet but refreshing and lemon tart but also full of rye, pumpernickel, fennel, rustic malt and earthen spice bitterness. Very nice!

1-day old growler from cask shared by ygtbsm94: Pours a clear deep copper amber with a thin ring of white bubbles. Has a fresh floral hoppy nose with some fruity yeasty esters and biscuity malt. Starts with good fullness and zesty hop flavor with nice biscuity malty sweetness and a touch of clove before a smooth bittersweet finish. A unique and very drinkable brew.
