Smells really odd. Smells like a funky wheat or funky farmhouse. You can detect the PBR in this but theres a lot of savagery with the brett to spicen things up. High carbonation, very bitter at the end. Pours blond with some suddy top. Kind of like a saison while being something else entirely. Tap at Blue Monk.

Bottle shared at Campground Brewdown. Poured a milky yellow body with an average foamy white head. Aroma is damn good, lots of funky brett, slightly tart sourness, hint of spanish olives. Thin bodied with stingy strong carbonation and a quick fading aftertaste. The flavor is nowhere near as strong or funky as the aroma, notes of grains, dry toast, brett, lemon peel, and a bit more funk and barnyard towards the end. Overall a good beer with lots going on for 4.5%.

Big fan of this, huge flavor without huge abv...Pours cloudy yellow, large white head and lots of lacing. Famhouse yeast adds substantial tiny carbonation. Palate is dry and earthy and a little funky. Finish is very dry. Refreshing, complex, very good beer.

Okay, why can’t the big guys use corn and rice like this? Heavy fruit on the nose. Very carbonated, light yellow in color. Nice white header. Easy and crisp drinking... yet super complex. All sorts of earthy and yeasty tones. A winner.

(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold, lasting frothy white head. Nose of Brett, earth, floral, orange pulp. Taste is even better, orange, floral, earthy, light bitterness, well carbonated, dry as a bone, easy to drink.

The farm smell is right there wafting through and after the pour. Above average mouthfeel. Nothing exceptional taste wise, but drinkable. Some rice as in saki. Worth a try for something different.

Pours clear thin yellow with white head. Light smell of grainy must. The taste is robust for a light beer, full grainy feel with a mostly American craft pilsner taste but more dry, more hay like hops with a smooth light funk to go with the grain.

Tap for itap in stl. Poured a hazy yellowish color with a big pillowy white head. This beer did leave some lacing on the glass as it went. Aroma was funky. Some lemon, pepper notes and grass. Flavor was yeasty and malty. Medium body and carbonation. This one had some complex flavors to it. Different, but in a good way.

Draught at Breukelen Bier Merchants Stillwater event. Pours clear very light yellow. No head or lace. Aromas of Brett different from most and clean citrus, soft grains and grass. SImilar flavor, very clean bitterness, lightly fruity. Super clean mouthfeel. Long finish. A really easy summer refreshing beer with no compromises.
