Draft @ City Beer, San Francisco, CA. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak yeasty aroma. Fruity malty grainy spicy dry flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a fruity malty spicy finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pale yellow. Aroma and taste are brett, peppercorn, citrus, malt and fruits. More like a saison.

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow body with a foamy white head. Aroma of pineapple, horse blanket, florals, and herbs. Flavor of brett, herbs, fruit, florals, and grass with a dry finish.

Draft. Small white head, cloudy apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, Brett, some spicy, bread. Taste is moderately sweet, bread, herbal, some Brett. Light-medium body, light acidity.

Capped 750 from the Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours a light dishwater gold with a 3 finger foamy white head. Aroma is lightly sweatsox. Near medium body. Flavor is citric/sour with a lot of barnyard character. Lager malt with a fair amount of hop, but the earthiness pretty much overrides the details. Like it’s really a good sour/wild. Dry and astringent. Brilliant beer.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing off white. In aroma, a nice perfumey malt with light curacao and Brett, nice and creamy. In mouth, a nice silky malt with light citrus notes, light Brett, nice, smooth and silky. On tap at Farmhouse Tap and Grill, April 7, 2012.

Draft. Cloudy golden yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of straw, lemonpepper, hay. Taste is sour pink grapefruit, lemon peel, light spice. Very impressive for a 4.5% beer.
