The Stillwater Sensory Series is a collaboration between Stillwater Artisanal and singular musical artists. In this first collaboration, Stillwater works with Lower Dens to make an ale based on an interpretation of their song, "In the End is the Beginning." On the bottle itself, a QR code will link to an exclusive Lower Dens performance of the song. Ultimately, this is a true artistic collaboration that aims to create a full sensory experience - sound, sight, smell, touch, and taste. www.stillwatersensory.com

A bit of an oddball overall. Pours a beautiful glowing golden orange with a general haziness and a dense off white head. The nose is zesty and fruity with light floral and grassy hop aromas. Mild honey and caramel malts upfront with a lack of toasted or roasted malts. Quite floral and fruity with hints of orange and citrus along with white flowers and hibiscus. A bit bitter on the finish with lots of grassy and citrus hops. Light hibiscus pervades the aftertaste with a lingering farmhouse flavour. Overall an interesting twist on a saison perhaps.

Really pale brown/yellow pour that’s super cloudy, 3 inches of white head. Has the appearance of raw honey. Scent of light belgian yeasts - pepper and soap notes, and tons of floral hops, very strong and cottony. Somewhat high carbonation, clean finish. Flavor at first is a very very well rounded blend of light belgian soapy yeasts and tons of hops, citrus and floral: tastes of lemon, pear, fresh grass, cracked pepper. Taste abruptly changes to pepper and carbon on finish.

Poured from a 375ml bottle. Slightly gushing upon opening. Pours light golden with a soft pink hue, enormous white head. The aroma is dry and grainy. Soft notes of berries. The flavor is crisp pilsner malts, soft fruitiness-berries, dry. High level of carbonation make this very dry. Okay.

Bottle. Pours a light burnt golden color with a soft medium head. Nose is yeasty, champagne like, spicy and floral and quite pleasant. Taste is citrusy, and yeasty and tastes more like a saison. Finishes on the same tasting notes , and ends with a champagne sparkle. Nice. Quaff Score 8 / 10

375ml bottle in a tulip while listening to this YouTube video that is linked on the bottle. Pours hazy copper with a lacy, white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, some light citrus, some floral and spice notes, some pale and light caramel malts, a little floral hops, and light funk. Flavor the same with an interesting blend of it all. Average texture. A pretty good beer, pretty unique, but I wish this music was better.

Pours a very cloudy orangey-yellow with an average sized white head with some lace up the glass. Aroma is zesty citrus(more so lemony), floral, spicy(cloveish I think) and definitely Belgian yeast. Taste is zesty citrus, floral hibiscus bite, moderate bitterness, dry finish and a big spicy Belgian yeast presence. Interesting and enjoyable brew.
