Sampled on 3/26/2011. This saison pours a slightly hazy orange gold color from a 750ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, spicy and sweet, with some oranges and peaches. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweets, oranges and apricots. The hops are spicy and herbal. Nice carbonation. Good balance between the spice and fruitiness. Very easy drinking saison. A nice light and refreshing spring beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Bottle (Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm) - Shared by Omhper - thanks. Golden with a slight haze. Bubblegum, spice and herbs in the aroma. Tangy and slightly tart taste with notes of lemon and spice. Refreshing and rather authentic.

Ugly dark but clear gold body, a light white head, ok retention... Smells like a typical saison, a bit on the sweet side though, pear juice, oranges, musky floral hops, not bad.. Taste is sweet and a touch devoid of flavor but refreshing, sweet front with a nice bitter finish, mostly floral hops, a little plain but good and easy to drink... I’d have this again if on the mood for a solid but sweeter saison

Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, faint head. Honey and herbs up front. Mid sweet with low carbonation. Soft and pleasant with buttery creamy malt and mild notes of banana. Light spicy bitterness. More solid and pleasant than elegant.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of (tropical) fruit, spice and phenols. Fruity and spicy flavour, especially with some pepper. Somewhat yeasty and muddy impression.

Lushawn asked that I pick out a beer, thanks Shawn! Pours a golden color with a huge white head and good lace. The aroma is apricot with a nice dosing of earthy hoppiness. The bouquet displays a restrained funkiness. The beer is dry and fruity with some mild bubble gum and apricot. Spicy flavors and pepperiness are abound and the beer has a nice bready character. Just a very nice Saison all together.

750 ml bottle from Wine and Cheese Place. Pours a light, cloudy yellow-gold color with a big foamy white head. Aroma of bready malts, peppery spice, lemon citrus, farmhouse funk, grass, and straw. The flavor runs a little sweeter than earthy, with notes of lemon citrus, sweet and bready malts, sugar, pears, grass, and pepper. Medium-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, funky mouthfee. Very good saison.
