750 ml bottle poured a clear golden amber with a lasting off white head. Aroma of straw, earthiness, spice and pear. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of stra, spice, pear and light earthines with a crisp dry lingering spiced finish.

Musty farmhouse aroma with dried fruits accompany a flavor which delivers the same with extra leather funk to it. Medium dry palatte and some bitter hops in the backdrop. The hops seem to make it a bit unbalanced.

Sampled on 3/26/2011. This saison pours a slightly hazy orange gold color from a 750ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, spicy and sweet, with some oranges and peaches. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweets, oranges and apricots. The hops are spicy and herbal. Nice carbonation. Good balance between the spice and fruitiness. Very easy drinking saison. A nice light and refreshing spring beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Bottle (Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm) - Shared by Omhper - thanks. Golden with a slight haze. Bubblegum, spice and herbs in the aroma. Tangy and slightly tart taste with notes of lemon and spice. Refreshing and rather authentic.

Ugly dark but clear gold body, a light white head, ok retention... Smells like a typical saison, a bit on the sweet side though, pear juice, oranges, musky floral hops, not bad.. Taste is sweet and a touch devoid of flavor but refreshing, sweet front with a nice bitter finish, mostly floral hops, a little plain but good and easy to drink... I’d have this again if on the mood for a solid but sweeter saison
