Sampled at SIB. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thick, white, frothy head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, hay, biscuit and grain. Flavour the same but also includes some barnyard funk. It leaves a dry mouth feel. Medium bodied. Not overly exciting, but still good.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2012 draft@Delirium Hoppy Loft: hazy light orange/yellow with a white head, very hoppy especially for the style, lots of sweet American/apricot hops, grapefruit, creamy peach, slight yeast, light pepper in the finish & some mildly tart apricots in here, minor funk, nice bitterness combined with the sweet fruitiness, slightly dry finish, great stuff ////// 75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBWG 2012 – thx to Bart – much less impressive in bottle than on top, the delicious fruity hop explosion of the tap version is missed here, instead basic bitterness mixed saison yeast, ok

Really nice refreshing saison. Aroma is earthy/doughy with citrus. Taste is crisp and refreshing like mixing a good saison with a good pale ale. Nice hop character really makes this one stand out from the traditional farmhouse ale.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2011 Very fresh complex and delicate classic saison. Yet it is aggressively hopped for the style, very tasty easy drinker

Sampled from bottle at SIB, pours cloudy golden yellow with a voluminous white head. Aroma of barnyard funk, lots of yeast, citrus, hay and cereal - very prominent wild funk. Flavour brings this funk out big time, with tons of yeast, hay and cereal. Multitude of depth to this saison. Excellent.

0.75l bottle @ Henrik, Bergen shared with ClubGonzo and RuneStumo. Pours a cloudy light golden yellow body with a small sidesticking bubbly white head. Aroma is fruit-yeasty with strawberries, melon, rose stem and some mild bubblegum. Softly carbonated and has a beautiful oily mouthfeeling. Flavors are light fruity-yeasty with leafs, melon, lemon without the sourness(meaning a kinda sweetish lemon), pepper and spices. Ends lightly dry and yeasty. Really nice saison and again solid stuff.

Draught, KØ11. Slightly funky aroma, OK notes of light malts. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off with a good citrus note, milder than lemon, but more refreshing than orange. Good bitterness.
