3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Numerous bottles and most recently a cask pour at Avenue Pub. Rating the cask version. Super cloudy orange golden with a sudsy white head. Nose is spices, yeast, citrus, esters. Flavor is similar, a little grass, flowers, quite estery. Slightly dry, slightly sweet finish. A little different each time I have it but always enjoyable.

750 bottle. Pours bright hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose is fresh citrus, some yeastiness, a slight bit of horseblanket. Taste is very refreshing, with similar flavors as the nose. Light bodied and well carbonated. Goes down easy. Similar to the best Belgian farmhouse ales. Well done.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap Vintage Estates. Pours golden color, nice aroma of citrus, fruit, and spiciness, nice mixture. Good tasting complex brew, interesting flavors of citrus, pepper, and sweetness, good balance, medium bodied, bitter dry finish, worth the try for a different brew. Consider a saison, definitely different, but in a good way.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle; Pour is murky gold with a frothy pillow top white head in this tulip; the nose is like mineral water, lemon grass - and a light hop note - I didn’t pull it by myself but after reading the description - I get the new zealand hop note present after having a new zealand ipa - the flavor profile is bitter out of the gate; biscuits, caramel, a zesty hop note - with lemon grass and mild belgian notes -
