Bottle shared during AZRBWG. Pour is hazy gold with a white head. Aroma shows notes of stonefruit, light citrus, spice, and a nice yeast presence. Flavor shows the same with notes of white peach, lemon rind, white pepper, ginger, and apricot.

Bottle. Very hazy rusty green yellow color with a generous pure white frothy head. Spice, citrus, hay, yeast, and some herbal qualities in the aroma. Grassy, herbal, spicy, bit of light fruit, lemon zest, and nicely earthy. Lighter to medium body with very vibrant carbonation...little slick. Nice brew.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, thin white head, spotty lacing. Nose is spice, cream, peaches, very pretty and delicate, yet spicy, without seeming phenolic. Flavours of oranges, cold fresh cream, sour cream, white pepper, spice, white peach. Phenomenal.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy yellow with a huge bubbling white head. Authentic saison aroma with clear notes of herbal lemongrass and coriander with yeasty overripe fruits and just a little alchohol. Flavor has a yeasty sweetness and a fresh Brett finish. High carbonation and overll very very good.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph.
Pours muddy, pale dark yellow with a small, creamy, white, staying head. Aroma has lemons, flowers, green apple, chamomile. Medium carbonation, gooddry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely, crisp malts, light sweetness, some ginger, light white pepper. Lovely dry finish with lemon, pepper and a mild funky tone. Good saison.

On tap. It pours hazy golden with a creamy dense white head. The aroma is yeasty, flowery and fruity. The flavour is quite bitter and citric with notes of flowers and yeast. Long bitter finish.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface leaving spot lacing. Fruity yeast and biscuit aromas. Crisp with earthy bread, cookie and spice. Dry, lasting citrus funky finish.

Pours a cloudy orange-amber with a very small off-white head. White bread and citrus on the nose. It isn’t often I call a beer too wet - but this one surely is. I like a saison to be dry and refreshing, with a crispness and an earthiness to it that makes you think an old, smiling Belgian farmer poured it for you on your lunch break from tending his fields. This one is thick and heavy, with the quenching power of gatorade. Nothing dry about it. The flavor is interesting - bread, lemon and mandarin, some grassy hops on the back end... but the feel of this one is dismal. Not impressed.
