UPDATED: MAR 30, 2012 Really nice for type and somewhat notable for its sour start and deep honey color.. The alcohol is prevelant but not too much. March 2012 Again on tap at Tasty Beverage. Very slightly cloudy, no head no lacing, dry alcoholic and true to style

Cloudy golden orange pour with a fluffy white lasting head. Aroma is nice and complex. Some spice, pepper, nice floral notes and sweet balance. Flavor is sweet, smooth, the right amount of spice and not overpowered with coriander, nice dryness. Incredibly drinkable and pleasant.

750mL bottle. A hazy straw/old gold pour with a HUGE and fluffy antique white head that leaves chunks of lace behind. Typically funky saison aroma that features some orange peels, grapefruits, a little grass, some bananas, and a spicy yeastiness. Medium body. Tangy oranges and zesty rinds upfront taste-wise. A touch of smooth vanilla in the middle. A semi-dry, wheaty finish with some grapefruits and a bit of lemon. Fairly crisp at the end. Black pepper is present throughout. Delicious.

Pours a murky bright golden peach with a one to two finger frothy eggshell head. Nose is grassy with some citrus zest, sweet, mildly earthy, not very pungent. Flavor shows some citrus zest, sweet malt, earthy, some spice, grassy hops. Palate is crisp with a lively carbonation and some spice.

750ml capped, thanks Ben. Hazed light golden with a tight uniform white head. Light wheat, big estery fruit...mostly apple...some mustard and good fresh wheat. Light to medium feel with tight carbonation. Wheaty, grass, estery fruits, still getting light mustard and also some floral. I need to get a bottle of this to revisit solo.

Aroma of yeasty dough, malt, and fruit. Very pretty clear amber with a big head that stays around. Flavor is fruity with some spice and incredibly smooth. Very easy to drink several of these and mine was in a growler so I better drink it up.
