3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Rating 3,000 (this happened haphazardly) Notes from my backlog: Hazy golden with an off white film of head. Citrusy aroma- some Nelson Sauvin hop notes and biscuit. Lively body with a nice dry flavor. Biscuity, citrusy, white wine vinous notes (Nelson Sauvin hops). with a nice minerally dry back. Long flavors, balanced, nice.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Inadvertently sat in the cellar for about a year, but no issues. Pours a deep straw color with a modest white head. Spotty lacing. Nose is dry and floral, light lemongrass and grains. Sweeter than expected, a sturdy malt base and hints of green apple. Lighter in the florals and farmyard feel. Typical yeast flavor to style. Drinks fine, no issues with the time spent in the basement. Cool artwork on the label.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz. bottle poured into stemmed glass. Hazy golden color with a generous creamy white head that leaves nice lacing. Carbonation is slight but constant. Classic Belgian yeast aroma with notes of pineapple, citrus and coriander. Flavor follows suit, with some bubblegum sweetness up front, with a dry grapefruit finish.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cool fantasy art label and a very nice blonde pour, with a big, but quickly dropping head. The aroma is very yeasty with a little malty sweetness, and it improves as the beer warms. The taste is similar, but unexpectedly robust. The hops are muted, and yeast is the dominant ingredient. There could be some wheat in here. Stillwater hasnít been doing it for me recently, sorry to say.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle- pours cloudy peach, pillowy white head. nose- metallic, lime zest, pink peppercorns. Taste- strong phenols from the yeast, pepper and some citrus from the hops. Prickly carbonation but also fairly heavy on the palette. Ends up being very dry on the finish. Solid, just a little too heavy.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Cloudy, sediment-laden straw-yellow-orange body, thin-medium dense off-white head. Nose with yeast and bread but the emphasis is on peach and pineapple juice, sweet and musty, and some clove. Estery, spicy body with clove and mixed fruits. OK.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Straight saison aroma: spice and funk. Head is loose and disappears quickly. Clear straw color. Taste is fairly straight forward saison, spice, slight crackeryness and very dry, which is nice. Had some alcohol heat at the end, which isnít super surprising for 6.8%.
