2010 Bottle - Brought this back from a recent trip to DC to share with the crew...Pours a hazy golden with a huge off white head.....aroma is spicy, anise and cove, lemony, candy malt, banana and bubblegum....flavour is hidden behind massive carb, fruity esters, bitter cereal grain, banana...dry and lightly bitter on the finish...

Deep hazy gold, almost pale amber. Beautiful nose of citrus rind, Belgian yeast spice, light candy, leather and floral hops. Flavor is light bitter citrus, spice, mildly sweet malt/candy, and minty hops. Residual bitter citrus rind and leather. All aspects are delicate, yet pronounced. Great beer.

Bottle pour. Pours a hazy golden with a fruit and spice aroma. Really nice, well balanced, tasting beer with some bold dark fruit flavor and a good amount of spice. Lemon zest finish with some nice citrus hops. Solid beer.

On Tap at the River Room, While Foods,Boise Slightly hazy golden orange witha full and lasting white head. Musty and a little funky classic Saison yeat aroma. Mild light malts an da littel swet grain flavors. A bit sweet and heavy but very nice mild flavors. An example that brings me arouns to this style a bit more.

Pours a cloudy golden, with sediment present, and a decent sized eggshell head that settles to a thick ring and leaves some soapy lace. Nose involves stone fruit, grass, juicy fruit gum, hay, and sea air. Somewhat sweet, fairly tart and fairly bitter. Medium-light body, somewhat oily, juicy, with a long fruity, grassy, and drying finish. Nice brew.
