3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: The aroma consists of fruit, citrus, floral notes, faint herbal notes. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a one finger white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some thin webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a fruit and yeast. The finish has moderate floral notes, citrus, hay, and spice. It’s light bodied with lively carbonation.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle purchased at MDL Wine & Spirits in Overland Park, Kansas. Btld 10/31/13 stamped on the neck of the bottle. The pour is hazed golden yellow with a crackling one inch white head. The falls slowly, and rockily. The aroma is faint bubblegum, grass, soft hay and a general yeastiness. The taste is grass, toasted malt, a bit of the semi sweet bubble gum of the nose, and finishing with a soft floral clove yeast. The palate is light to medium bodied, active natural carbonation and a dry yeast spice finish. The yeast shows coriander as it warms. Interesting.
