Pale golden with a frothy head. The aroma of a Belgian. The perfect balance of biscuity malt with citrusy hops. A great example of US meets Belgian.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
pale yellow with frothy white head. I smell Belgian gas, powdered sugar, lemon & oak. the lemon tang and the fermented wheat flavors donít quite fit together, that malt liquor corn sugar flavor. Belgian IPAs are tricky. this one is strong n the Belgian department, but doesnít get a good hop balance

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, bitter fruit and spicy hops. Maybe a little vinous. Flavor is fruity hops with bone dry malts and some lemon juice. Finish is cracker dry malt with a bit of tartness. A different beer but tasty and drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Stubbys. Simply a great name for a beer, but a name does not make a great beer. Straw to golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma starts out nice with dank notes and pine then moves on to fruits and sweeter malts and finishes up with Belgian yeast that simply seems out of place. Yeah I know, itís a Belgian IPA but the yeast just takes over a bit too much for me. Taste is sweet with toasted malt, mild fruit/citrus and a mild bitter and yeasty finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and dry floral hops - like a cross between an IPA and light Belgian ale. Flavour is very dry and florally, with light Belgian yeast, biscuity / crackery malt, and floral hops. Exceedingly dry, lightly bitter and lightly yeast. Finishes with a light astringency. Very high drinkability and refreshing. Great stuff.
