Stix DeSantis Strong Ale

Pours a dark golden with almost no head. Aroma of yeasty, fruit, apples, doughy bread, and light floral hops. Flavors of apple juice, Belgian Yeast, fruity esters, and cloves show up. The finish is nice and hoppy with a moderate black pepper spice. Good.

Orange-amber with okay head, but relatively flat looking. Lovely hoppiness in aroma with a nice yeastiness to add ample complexity. Flavor continues these characteristics with the addition of clove and other musky spices. Quite enjoyable. Their best beer on tap.
