Gusher.
Hazy straw yellow color, white head that dissipates fast. Herbal hoppy scent, malty, though a distinct acidic to sour, almost lemon, feel comes through. Acidic, lemon, herbal bitter taste. Very spritzy mouthfeel. Acidic, mint aftertaste. Medium low bitterness.
I’d say some sort of infection is going on here.

Doftar sviskon, jäst och häststall. På nåt knepigt vis gillar jag doften lite. Smakrik, maltig med lättsam kropp, Slutsats: Ja..den har faktiskt lite karaktär..spännande karaktär.

On tap. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Fruity aroma with a distinct yeastiness. Thin and watery, fruity, again yeasty with a subdued bitterness. Lightly tart and lightly salty. Very weird - closest to a Gose in style. 200412

From tap. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy. Light vegetable note. Dry, bitter and herbal into the finish. Ends dry and bitter.
