Full-bodied, reather malty with a solid malty base, hints of grain and a shy fruityness. MoritzF (3690), Ruhrpott, Germany Mar 2, 2008 (bottle, nowadays with the additive "Isnyer", courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy white head. Discreet aroma: light-sweet pale malty nose, perhaps with a whiff of cara-malt; also spicy, herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malty, slightly strawy and chalky taste with herbal hoppy notes; dry and bitter, rather hops-accented finish. A decent hoppy Export (02.03.08).
