Hellgelbe, pilsige Farbe mit schöner Blume. Lecker Aromahopfen, der allerdings leicht malzig unterlegt ist. Im Antrunk dann eher frisch und schlank. Im Geschmack kommt das Malz wie bei den meisten bayerischen Bieren Pilsener Brauart zwar wieder, ist aber keineswegs dominant oder sperrig. Der Hopfen gewinnt gegen Ende die Oberhand und macht Lust auf mehr. Gelungene Hopfen Perle!

It’s golden with a white head. The aroma is very floral, very nice. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of flowery hops, straw, citrus and malt, and the finish is slightly bitter and a little dry. A very nice pilsner!

Hopfiger, frischer und ein wenig zitroniger Geruch. Feinherber Antrunk, der in eine malzwürzige Mitte übergeht. Die Malzigkeit legt im Abgang nochmals zu. Würziger Nachhall. Ordentliches Pils. Test vom 14.9.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale golden color. Soft grassy aroma. Grassy, moderately hopbitter flavor. maye a bit thin, but with a lingering grassy finish. Quite OK.

Ottima pils teutonica ben caratterizzata dal luppolo, non a manate come uno si aspetterebbe dal nome, ma sicuramente un bel bere.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale golden beer with a nicely remaining lacing white head. Remarkably inviting aroma of earthy hops, candy and papaya. Good bitterness. Papaya is rather present in the taste. Lively carbonation. Creamy palate. Nice hop profile. A tad too sweet for my liking perhaps. Very faintly metallic, musty with fishy components on the swallow. Some residual sugars in the finish which is dryish, reminiscent of papaya, fresh cut grass and earthy hops. A rather good pilsener. The taste doesn’t quite match its aroma. Thanks a lot Stefan!

Bottle. Slightly sweet and creamy barley malt and grass hops aroma. Clear golden yellow color with large white head. Slightly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grassy hops. Nice body. Very good.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden yellow, medium-sized head. Full-bodied with a grassy hoppyness, quite aromatic, and a solid malty base underneath. Well-blanaced with a lingering and hoppy finish.

Bottle (big thanks to Quack-Duck !): Golden, mid-sized creamy white head; solid mix of pale malt and aromatic hops in the nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, light bodied; lingering finish that repeats the impressions of the aroma. A very good Pils........

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big blond foamy head. Sweet and slightly grainy malty aroma with peppery spicy and citrus-fruity hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, almost fizzy carbonation. Slightly chalky, citrousy and herbal hoppy taste; moderately dry and bitter, almost a bit tart finish with herbal and slightly fruity hops. Pleasant (02.03.08).
