Mar 7, 2008 (bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a massive, slightly lacing foamy white head. Light-sweet and yeasty wheaty nose with citrus and banana. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Slim malty base with a good wheat-character, moderately yeasty and citrus-fruity taste with light hints of banana; fruity and wheaty finish with a light clovy spice. Refreshing light Hefeweizen (07.03.08).

Feb 2, 2008 bottle. Pale and cloudy yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Fruity and yeasty with hints of lemon and banana. Slightly hoppy only. A very refreshing beer for the summer.
