Good beer. Has hints of banana with mild spice. You can taste the chiles. Really good, would try again.

Bottle at home. Deep amber, mahogany head. Aroma is sweet malt, cinnamon. Full bodied, tastes of strong cinnamon, smoky chiles, dry and well attenuated. A bit overpowering. Interesting.

Draft at Blue monk. Pours a reddish brown with an off white head that is very frothy. Sweet Aroma with brown sugar and some spice. Tastes sweet up front with a lot of brown sugar and belgian yeast. Not too spicy, but thereís definitely something going on.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Barcade, Philly tap: Pours a reddish brown with a wee head. Aroma is spice, cinnamon, fruitiness, and I didnít really detect much chillies, possibly by virtue of the fact I was eating spicy chips. Taste is sweet and kind of spicy. Body is pretty manageable. I donít know why this was on tap now of all times. I enjoyed it, but it wasnít great.

This is an odd one, to be sure. Pours red with good head and lacing. Aroma of espresso and bitter barrel finish - very oaky. Soft carbonation. Some sourness - couldnít initially figure out the style of this one. Not quite as spicy from chili pepper but after a few sips you can detect it. Tap at Blue Monk.

Lovely aroma to this beer. Cherries, a bit of licorice, cinnamon come through. A great appearance. Crimson color with a good head and nice lacing.
Nice taste! A bit on the sweeter side. Sour cherries, a bit of bitterness. The heat of the chillies come through nicely at the end but I was hoping for a bit more of. Cinnamon is naturally there and balances it out well.
Good beer! Savoring every sip!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours reddish-brown with very thin head. Sweet malty aroma with pronounced chile notes. Flavor is all chiles up front, with a smooth malt finish with hints of chocolate. It certainly isnít for everyone, but if you like the taste of chiles (no heat here, just flavor) this oneís a winner.

Bottle to pils glass
Aroma is almost all chilies, with some other spice but I'm not sure it's cinnamon. A nice fresh hoppiness in the back as well as some citrus. Reddish colour but a little cloudy with a thin long lasting creamy head. The taste is nice and malty up front but then the green chili taste comes through at the end. Mouthfeel is a tad thin, but there's a nice warmth due to the chilies. Well done and enjoyable.

Bomber from... somewhere. Pours the flanderís red cinnamon deep amber color, decent amount of foam initially, but itís thin in constitution and fades away within a couple of minutes, leaving a thin, persistent film on 75% of the beerís surface. Aroma is all sweet malts, like candi sugar and cinnamon. The only pepper burn comes through literally as a burn to the insides of my nostrils. Taste is malt-forward, followed by a touch of the dark hint of heat from the Anaheims, with a resounding cinnamon and red-hots finish. Funny, hadnít thought of that candy in years, but here it sort of is in beer form. Cool. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation and a long finish. Nice beer. Not great, and not as good as most of the others, but still fun and high quality.

Bottle shared at a local tasting, thanks Brad! Pours a clear dark brown with a really thin head, the aroma has a subtle amount of spice with some yeast mixed in too, the flavor has a yeasty front end with a spiced finish, light mouthfeel, was pretty meh.
