bottle. drank it on 11/26/11, pours a orange with very little head. had a carmel type smell and citrus. I believe the beer went sour or maybe thats the way it should have been. Taste bad. I am sure this was a lot better didnt age well at all.
4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Fatalstrike (129) - Cerritos, California, USA - SEP 27, 2011
It has been a couple years since I have last had this so I am going off memory. Aroma is full of funky wheaty goodness. Pours a clear gold/orange with a nice lasting foam. Flavor is tart with a nice hop presence bringing it all together. One of the best wheat beers I have ever had. Made a journey to the brewery whenever I saw this on the growler list. Hope to see this brewed again.

On tap at Churchkey.
Pours a good looking bright tangerine color with a tiy bit of a brownish hue. Thin why’d head and some lacing. Nose brings forward some sweet caramel along with a bit of citrus rind. Taste is about he same without much sticking out. I would say this is past its prime. Feel is okay with a medium body and some carbonation to carry what flavors there are. Drinks okay, but I think this one is done.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 dbarnold (1073) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - NOV 1, 2010
On tap at churchkey for takeover tour. Really liked this one a lot. I know they hopped the crap out of it originally, but it’s 5 years old now and what was left was a decently hopped, really refreshing medium bodied ale. Good stuff for sure. A wheat on steroids I guess? Great citrus and grass aromas as well as really smooth clean mouthfeel distinguish it.

On tap at Rattle ’N Hum. Pours an amber orange color with a white foam head. Has an aroma of grapefruit and caramel. Has a fruity taste with a nice bitter layer and some caramel notes throughout. Medium to thin mouthfeel. Tastes like the sweetness has come to the forefront as this brew has aged.
