Very light amber body. Mild floral aroma. Bitter taste. Pretty good. Another pretty sessionable beer.

[Bottle] Pours a lighter shade of amber with a fizzy and quickly receding white head. Floral hops, caramel malts and biscuit aromas. Taste includes grapefruit, caramel, earthy hops and dry bitter orange peel. Decent palate, and a good entry level IPA for people that don’t necessarily like hoppy beers.

Pours a golden amber with a medium sized white head. Nose is hoppy. Nice and creamy on the palate with good carbonation. Taste is predominately of hops but supported by a malt backbone, not bitter. A good session beer. Pairs well with deli sandwiches, nuts or pretzels.

hazy copper with a decent beige head. floral and citrus scents. Taste is not as bitter as many IPA’s. Fairly clean, somewhat brief finish. Lacks a certain punch I like in my favorites. Ok, not great.

Part of a build your own six pack. Slightly below average ipa for me on this one.

On tap at the brewpub. Light amber in color with a small off-white head. Aroma and taste are predominantly caramel, cereal, grass and pine.

Aroma lacked complexity and was very one note. Appearance was also very bland as well. Lacing was inconsistent and runny in several types of glassware. Hops over powered the malt mixture which threw off the balance. Could not get the flory, citrus, and resin elements that they claimed. I think this was a decent first shot at a commercial IPA, but better luck next time.

12 ounce bottle pohred a caramel orange color with aromas of light pine, a touch of hops and some caramel. Flavors are the same, big caramel and pine backbone, light hop pressance.

March 18, 2013 - tap at brewpub. Light orangish pour with head and lacing. More hoppy than malt aroma, but taste was nicely balanced.

SMooth and sessionable ipa. low bitterness but a pleasant hoppiness in the nose and flavor.
