Skyview (5023) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JAN 19, 2013

On draught at the Stone Cellar Brewpub in Appleton, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear amber copper colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, a hint of honey and a touch of butterscotch. Taste is medium to full bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of candied caramel malts, some light butterscotch and minimal hop presence. Finish is just plain sweet and malty with a mild butterscotch aftertaste.
