This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

Canned 16th of June. Aroma of prunes, plums, raisins, red grape, resin, herbs, pine. Barley wine’esque aroma. Pours deep brownish red with a half finger off white head. Taste is medium plus bitter and medium sweet. Taste follows the aroma but has a certain spiciness that goes along with the bitterness. Lighter side of full bodied, oily, soft to average carbonation, aggressive and spicy hoppy finish. Nice you can actually smell and taste the hop freshness in this. Big and bold stuff.

Bottle from Alko. Pours dark brown with medium beige head. Head leaves some lacing in glass. Aroma has sweetness, some malts and hops. Taste has caramel, it is bitter, a bit fruity, mostly with dark fruits. Warming beer. Would be perfect for a cold winter day.

Tap @ Keller, Tartu. Pours caramel amber with medium beige head. Aroma is silage, slurry, hay, light sweetness, fruits, some dust. Taste is sourish, bitter, caramel, creamy, oily, snotty, some fruits. Fills mouth with saliva. After taste is very long, spicy, hops, irritating and sharp. Good for the first beer in the evening but not for the last one - hits you quite hard!

Belle couleur brun-rouge; mousse blanc-crème; arômes et goût maltés, fruités (fruits rouges) et un peu de résine; bière légèrement douce avec finale sèche et amère; well done

Burk systembolaget. Kopparfärgad vätska. Beiget skum. Maltig doft. Spannmål och hö. Liknande i smak. Ganska endimensionell. Hög beska

Inte så Mycket lukt. Väldigt bitter smak som håller i sig länge i gommen. Något gräsig smak infinner sig ibland. Inte mycket sötma.

Can from SB. Nose is malts, a little bit of hops, not very fruity. A hint of cauliflower. Drank it straight from the can. Taste is very bitter, tiny bit of sweetness, toffee. Quite an underwhelming taste compared to what the can/description promised. Was not very impressed, an OK drink to get your buzz on i guess. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

European version, 0,5l can from Alko. Pours dark brown colour with not much head from the can. Aroma has brown sugar, syrup, caramel, dark fruits like plums, some earthy notes, cranberries maybe. Quite strong taste, alcohol doesn’t get through, noticeably bitter, long aftertaste. Almost like a quad but abv is dubbel-level. Complex.
