Nice soft floral hop aroma. Attractive in a mild way.
Slightly sour which is distracting. Otherwise, this is a pleasant, if soft, beer with a light malt flavor. Good hop balance. A touch of fruitiness. Rich body for the style. yobdoog (1431), Woodridge NY, New York, USA

Just all kinds of things going on with this beer, and not in a good way. Plenty of bizarre flavors, metallic, etc. This beer, and pretty much the whole style, is skippable. mesperon (135), Jersey City, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 18, 2009 Opaque straw with light white head. Sweet straw and citrussy orange and grapefruit aroma.
LIght, crisp citrussy bite at the tip of the tongue. Very lightly roasted malt with a little sweetness and a light hop bite. The taste lasts with a bit of the sweetnes and a hop bitterness along the middle of the tongue. A nice session beer. The tasts is nothing special, but the flavor is nice enough to have a few and not get bored with it. Grandpa (325), Verona, New York, USA

The flavor was much lighter than the dark color would imply. The hops also had a light touch. It goes down quickly, a good session beer. The head held up well. Not much of an aftertaste.
