IlanMan (1015) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 27, 2010

On tap at Stone Cellar Brewpub. Pour was medium amber with an off white head. Aroma was of medium earthy coffee, light caramel, and some light toasted malt. Flavor was again well balanced coffee and sweet caramel malt characters. This was my first coffee amber, but the balance was not too bad. Decent brew. Could have used more malt character.
