Pours hazy red/brown with with a small offwhite head, specks of lace. Smells mellow sweet malty with lots and lots of earthy type peppers. Tastes of earth and peppers only a hint of sweetness. Lingering peppers and a bit of heat. Medium body, good carbonation.

Pours burnt umber with a small beige head. Smells strongly of peppers, roast, and hints of chocolate. Taste is spicy to the extreme with hints of caramel. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Stone Crime finishes with a hot pepper burn.

500 ml corked n’ caged bottle, 9 months old- Pours mostly clear dark ruby red with a one finger light tan head that reduces leaving a blanket, second glass be careful with the pour, it had lots o floaties. Aroma is peppers, intense peppers, i love it, there is also malt. The taste starts as a slow burn, then very quickly turns to intense heat, mouth watering, strong peppery taste, the oak imparts a nice toasted marshmallow and coconut taste if you can get past the burn. Only for true heat lovers, which I am, I loved this beer!

Smell is pepper. All pepper. Not good. So bad. Is this a joke? I’ve never tasted anything this crazy. My mouth is on fire. So bad! Who would buy this? Unfortunately me.

Tasted at Greg’s beer gathering, thanks for sharing Carter. It poured a slightly hazy reddish copper colour with thin white ring of bubbles. Intensely spicy aromas and flavours, but amazingly, it didn’t completely overpower the maltbill, there were still some great grainy, caramelly, toffee-like, fruity aspects underneath. I liked Stone Punishment even better, but this was delicious too.

Hazy, muddy, deep amber color, creamy off white head. Aroma is huge pepper, vegetal, spicy, more vegetal and gross rottenness. Huge pepper note, sweet, vegetal and a huge spiciness, way too much, intense and ridiculous. Why on earth would you do this?

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2014 Bottleshare thanks to Keith. Pours a cloudy amber. Aroma is pepper spice. Taste us the same, pepper, spice, hot, more hit, lots hot. Second try in a week. Aroma still hot as balls, my tongue knows what is coming. I’m afraid to try it. But... Taste is worse than I remember, so much worse.

Bottle shared by Keith. "Thanks" I guess. Aroma makes my eyes water. Pour us hazy light brown. Taste is Gawd Awful. Just bad and burning. Just hot for hot’s sake. This is bad. Bad. Bad.

Pours reddish bronze with a small off white head. The aroma has lots of pepper heat, some caramel, sweet syrup, pepper meatiness and lots of toasted malt. It has a fairly full body with light smooth carbonation It starts with pepper heat, toffee malt, light berries and fleshy pepper meat. The finish has a spicy bite that lingers for quite a while. Nice novelty type beer,

Strong caramel smell. This is confusing. Lots and lots of pepper but not overwhelming. Total novelty.

Underneath the searing pepper heat lie elements of a great ale. Bourbon barrel takes some of the edge off but heat still lingers on the lips and tongue.
