By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

Dark golden ipa with a lovely fresh pine aroma. Citrous fruity flavour, with a very bitter aftertaste. For my taste a little too bitter, but a high quality beer with distinctive character

22oz bottle. Amber orange with a frothy off-white head. Slight haze. Flavors are biscuity malts, caramel, grapefruit, apricot, spruce gum and resinous hops with grassy notes. Sharp and generous bitterness. Medium body, moderate carbonation, oily texture.

Very balanced between malt and hop. Crystal clear. Gold. Pine and grapefruit. Mostly Pine, blended with citrus to a lighter degree, light caramel, biscuit. Bitterness blended perfectly with the sweetness. Big rocky off white head, nice lacing. Light creaminess, med body, dry finish.

Yep, this’ll do it! Hoppier than a hoppy thing on hop day and tasty to boot. Was my free beer from Ales by mail and I shalln’t complain!

Was thrilled to finally get my hands on this stuff. Maybe it’s the high hopes I had ascribed to this stuff, but I wasn’t really blown away. There’s some bitter, piney hops on the nose, but I get more earthy, spicy caramel malt than anything. Taste is a really nice chewy caramel malt, with a bitter resinous hop punch. Texture is wonderfully creamy. This stuff is really tasty but I was hoping for more "west coast hop" aroma.

In short: bitter fruity ipa.
Pours rather clean deep-gold to amber, with frothy white head. Moderate head retention, little lacing. Pine and earthy nose, some grassy. Medium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is quite bitter and dry, fruity, earthy. Long dry aftertaste. Really enjoyable.

Tap. Pours Clear golden with lasting white head. Aroma is pure hop juice. Piny resinous, grapfruit, peach, minty, juicy tropical fruits and slight malty. Taste is packed with oily hops. Sweet candy, fresy haops, peach, tropical fruits, minty, bitter pomelo and finishes out really dry and bitter. Long piney finish, yet so oily and full bodied for abv. Damn!
