By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

12oz bottle from santa. Pours a very light orange color with a small receding white head. leaves nice lacing. Nose is quite hoppy, nice grapefruit and lemon touch, quite citrusy. Palate is full with a pleasant bitterfinish. Notes of malt, dryness, some grapefruit, light lemons and oranges, and a bitter finish with light alochol present.

Great hop flavor and aroma. Golden color with a lasting head (didnít take long to drink it). Not alot of malt flavor, but who cares. We donít drink IPAís for the malt. A very good beer.

This is an excellent ipa. The aroma starts with herbal hops, followed by less potent citrus. Looks good; no sediment at all, rocky head, and considerable carbonation. Complex flavor. Initiallly bitter, and this is followed by very light grapefruit, lemongrass, clove, and undercooked bread. The aftertaste is a combination of fruit, bitter hops, and sweet bread. Very good.

I suppose iím just used to the Ruination. for an IPA, this is no laughing matter. But iím so used to the double IPAs that this is just a little boring for me. quite hoppy, and not too bitter. GREAT IPA.

The aroma is full of hops and hints of grapefruit. Gold in color with a medium sized off-white head. A full mouthful of hops and citrus splashes. Taste is bitter and fades relatively fast.

Pours gold/copper with a rocky 1/4 inch white head and very good lacing. Carbonation is very lively in this one. Smells of fresh cut grass, grapefruit, lemons, roses and caramel. Taste is of pine, citrus and peppery. Mouthfeel is full and thick with some noticable alcohol. Finish is bitter with malty undertones.

On tap at David Copperfieldís, 74th Street and York Avenue, NYC. Clear golden yellow ale having a small diminishing white head with fair lacing. Fresh flowery hop aroma. No discernable carbonation. Medium bodied that starts with a slight sweet malt and hop flavor and bitterness. Finishes dry with lingering hop bitterness. Well balanced malt and hop with a slightly higher hop profile. This is a nice hoppy beer.

Stand on its own IPA with plenty of hoppy yuminness. Great tight thick head with strong hop aroma. Hardly any noticable malt taste but still not over the top in hoppy flavor. Second only to Great Divide Titan IPA

The best beer Iíve ever tasted hands down. The perfect amount of hoppy bitterness. I love this beer.

Clear copper orange. Malt with citrus nose. Perfect balance of bitterness with the sweet malt mixed with the pine and citrusy taste. Clean crisp finish. One of my favorites, and not overated.
