Pours a beautiful amber/orange with a medium white head. A huge aroma of citrusy hops hit the nose as you pour. What a beautiful IPA. Tastes of grapefruit, orange, and a perfect malt presence. A very balanced IPA, not too overwhelming, just right. One of my favorite IPA’s. Everyone must try this beer.

Bottled 12 Fl. Oz. Trade with nearbeer. Apperance: Slightly hazy pale copper with a bubbly off-white head. Good retention. Beautiful lacework. Aroma: Very strong. Centennial hops showing up. Reminiscent lychee, wood, hop resin, grapefruit, tangerine, quinces, licorice and caramel. Flavor and palate: Deep Centennial hop characteristic. Notes of grapefruit, licorice, wood and hop resin. Nice bitterness. Perfectly balanced. Wonderful finish of hop resin. Overall impression: Flawless and deeply pleasant. Thanks a lot nearbeer!

Appearance: slight haze; good IPA color; huge fluffy off-white head that never goes away Aroma: Very nice but somewhat closed aroma--but its very nice! just the right amount of malt in the background Flavor: Very good flavor profile echoing the very nice nose; however, I might like some more intensity; seems a little restrained; that said, it is very well balanced Mouthfeel: Tremendous! One of the best parts to the beer; smooth, suave, well-balanced

Bottle. A lot of hops, which I like. Also a nice taste of citrus. I recomend this IPA!

A very good IPA. Smooth finish, nice hops flavor, some pine. Good citrus aroma. Not much citrus in the flavor though. Its good, but I don’t know if I’m really wild about it. It just doesn’t have a whole lot of ’pow’ to in terms of citrus and hops. Quite easy to drink

Surprisingly darker golden, large amount of hops, most balanced IPA I’ve enjoyed, a model for other IPA’s.

Pours a dark golden color with a medium sized bubbly white head that settles to a thin film. Rings of lacing are left behind on the glass. Citrus, grassy, and piney hops come through in the aroma. The flavor follows with the grassy and piney hops pushing forward, but are balanced out by a sweet caramel malt backbone. Medium bodied and very crisp on the palate. This one is easy drinking and finishes with a dry and bitterfinish. Solid IPA here.

12oz bottle from Whole Foods (Tampa, FL). Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a one finger white head that settles quickly but laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and slightly floral with notes of citrus, honey, bread and yeast. Flavor is also sweet and floral with notes of grapefruit, honey, citrus, bread, some lemon and pine. Generally light to medium body with a pleasing hoppy finish.
