Pours light and clear, and has good floral aromas and strong hoppy flavors.

Lots of concentrated grapefruit and citrus aromas up front then it started to settle out with an herbcious scent. It had a nice white head and the first sip had promise, but the aroma seemed more abundant than the flavor. It left nice thick laces on the sides of the pint glass. As expected it went extremely well with the super spicy tai chicken salad. Both flavors combined was an enormous firecracker. Paired with a dish "not worthy" of its spiciness would have been a train wreck.

22oz bottle. Pours a mostly clear copper with a big white head. Citrusy and piney hop aroma with just a touch of malty sweetness. No sign of the sweetness in the flavor though. Citrus hops all the way. Quite crisp and delicious, but could stand to be a little more balanced.

i have slowly become a lover of beers that are ’over the top’ hoppy. this one may be the best of the bunch so far. Just picked up a sixer and the first two went down deliciously. The sizzle on the tongue from the hops is unmistakeable. Nothing about the look is going to warn you about the big character taste you get from this beer. I can’t wait to quit typing so I can pour another.

bottle. Pours the color of raw amber with a nice white head. Aroma of hops and lemon peel. The mouthfeel is very light which really allows you to appreciate the hops in this one. The best way to describe it is it just tastes fresh. Fresh pine, fresh citrus. It leaves a very clean feeling in your mouth along with a beautifully hoppy aftertaste

Clear copper with a small white head that leaves an immense amount of lacing... Slightly sweet aroma behind a wall of hops... Dry up front followed very quickly by a rush a very flavorful hops dominated by citrus flavors... I’ve had this countless times and sometimes i feel this to be horribly out of balance in a very hop forward manner, and other times i find it to be quite balanced with the sweet malts cutting through a bit...

1/4/09 shaker glass gold apperance, small pinkie finger white head. head dissapated quickly, but left a great lacing. a blast of smooth hops to the nose, hints of apples and citrus. delightfully smelling aroma. very smooth on the palate. smooth coming in, smooth going down, and only a slight bitter finish. i’m very glad to see this beer make it to florida! can get on tap at redlight redlight in orlando, and at total wine!!!

12 oz. Bottle. Pours a crystal clear golden-orange with a frothy, white head and decent lacing. Great citrus hop aroma. Really smooth and well balanced. The flavor begins with a malty sweetness followed by an assertive grapefruity hop bitterness with a touch of pine. A light to medium body with a medium dry finish.
