By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

Poured from a Bomber into a Pint Glass. Aroma- A knockout of hops, floral essence, citrus and grass. Appearance- Poured a copper to amber color with a large white head. Taste- A fantastic flavor! Citrus and hops perfectly balanced. Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation, nice dry finish. Overall-A world class IPA. This is the gold standard for IPAs.

A beautiful light bronze/light gold colour with a creamy white head. Some nice grassy and pine heavy hop scents. I’m also getting hints of grapefruit. An incredibly smooth taste, the 6.9% is well hidden. The grass and the pine from the nose hold strong through to the taste, with the latter adding a lingering bitterness and slight punch to the brew. The mouthfeel is quite thick, with a nice velvety smoothness. Good levels of carbonation give a slight sense of dryness - this beer is uncomfortably sessionable.

12oz into a flute, pours a very clear orange honey with sunshine qualities. Head is ample and frothy, phat lacing. Aroma of dull pine, orange, pine needles, malty aspirations, hoppy sidekick, no real hop punch in the aroma, seems too conjured with the malt profile. Taste a of dried orange, cedar, melon, faint hops, quite bitter up front and in aftertaste. Not really feeling this one, no hoppy after taste, just muted orange and malt prevalence. Drinks alright, except for the skunky flow of it all. I had my hopes up.

330ml bottle at home. Clear golden orange color with nice white head. Aroma is hoppy, piney, resin, citrusy, grapefruit, caramel malty too. Light sweet and quite bitter taste, like aroma, light malty caramel notes, pine, fruits with mostly grapefruit. Medium oily body with soft carbonation, long bitter aftertaste.

Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen, London. It pours a light amber golden colour with a decent white head that lasts. Aroma is tropical fruits, a rich citrus nose, piney hops and some earthy notes. Taste is fresh citrus, sweet fruit, piney and earthy taste and it finishes with a relatively strong bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. It has a medium body, decent carbonation and a dry finish. This is a quintessential American IPA. This beer is classified among the best of its category. I would drink it again.
