Jul 13, 2008 Hazy golden with dense white head. Faint hop aroma (was expecting a much bigger bouquet). Distinct citrus/Cascade hop flavor and lots of bitterness with malt playing a nice second fiddle.

Jul 12, 2008 bottle. Pours a bright golden yellow, decent half inch head that sticks around pretty well. Aromas of dank citrus hops and smooth sweetness. Flavors start with a sharp lemon citric bitterness and move into... more citrus hops. Flavor shows little of the sweetness from the nose- hops forward on this one. Lemons and grapefruit. Some smooth sugar cookie malts do hold up in the background. Crisp and bitter on the palate with some lingering sharpness, very full flavored. One of the better stone offerings- a solid IPA.

Jul 11, 2008 Thanks to mar for this one...WOW! Amazing. Rich gold color with a mostly white head. Aromas are full and delicious: citrus, pine and some malt. This beer is so well balanced...not overly malty on the finish but just so delicious and perfect. GREAT BEER!

Jul 10, 2008 Bottle - Thanks afire! Poured a slight hazy amber gold with nice foam head. Bread, slight citrus, pine, and Hops to the hilt smacks you around. Pallet of breaded malts and hops with a slight sweet hop bitterness, dry towards the finish. Well put together and a slight sugar sweetness helps with the bitter hop tang.

Jul 10, 2008 Bottle purchased in Houston TX. small fizzy (lasting head) into white (slightly sparkling) hazy golden body with good lacing present. aromas of light to moderate cirtrus hops (with a touch of pine maybe?) and light malts (caramel). also noticed a touch of skunkiness (though this did not distract from the beer). flavor is initially bittersweet but finishes more on the moderately bitter side. good balance. long finish duration. lively carbonation. dry slightly sticky mouthfeel.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottled: Fresh hops in the smell with a nice bitter sweet taste. Pours a golden color with a froathy head that disapears to a beige lacing. It blasts with tons of hops in the mouth. Wonderfull beer!
