Pours a crisp golden color with a thin foamy head. Aroma is citrus with hints of piney hops. Taste is about the same, not too much bitterness. The finish is very nutty and creamy malts. Pretty well-balanced IPA, but nothing to write home about.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. The aroma is hop-dominated, with citrus, earthy, and pine scents. The beer had a cloudy, straw color with a very thin white head that had short retention. A wonderful flavor, somewhat bitter and full of hops, with a touch of sourness too; above from what I normally expect from an IPA. The beer has a rich, full and slightly wet mouthfeel, with ample carbonation. It’s a very good beer, but not quite worthy of a 4.0 overall in my opinion.

12oz bottle. nice dark golden color, foamy white head. aroma of hops and pine. smooth crisp taste, with a slightly bitter finish of hops and pine with an undercurrent of (malt?) sweetness. nice hot summer day beer. I’m sorry I only have one.

Golden in color with an off white head. Nose of hops. On the palate it is citrusy with a slight bitterness and is somewhat light for an IPA. Clean, crisp and refreshing with a bit of pine on the finish.

Had this at the KClingers in Hanover on tap. Very little head that completely vanished. Aroma was grassy, light citru and pine. Taste was initially sweet, but with a long finish. Very a bit thin on the tongue.

Bottle. It pours a quite clear, golden body with an off-white head. Lovely hop-driven aroma, a bit perfumed, with hops and resin. The malts are sure present, but overpowered by the hops. That continues in the flavor, there’s a lovely hoppyness, pine and citrus, it’s quite fruity, and there’s still room for the malt. Full-bodied, quite sweetish, and it finishes with the same flavors it has initially. Lovely and easy to drink. Dangerously easy to drink. (080626)

22 oz bottle. Great hop aroma. Citrus aroma is very dominant. Taste is great and spicy. Aftertaste is very orange-like. I don’t get a strong malt flavor. Very smooth and refreshing. Definitely repeat buy, if I can get my hands on some more.

Orange-amber with a medium dissipating off-white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, pine and bready malts. Smooth and malty taste of citrus and woodsy hops nicely balanced by the sweet malts. Finishes mildly bitter and somewhat dry. Well balanced, solid IPA.
