By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

On tap. Started out with aromas of hops and some background citrus and fruit. The finish was different, it left my mouth feeling dry. Overall I enjoyed it.

Solid IPA right here. Nice complex hoppy, but not too bitter taste. No lacing, ho head, nicel caramel coloring. Great lingering taste that makes you smack your lips and go "ahhhhhhhh". Super refreshing yet bold and defining. A favorite.

Pours a clear golden color. Aroma and taste are lots of pine with some grapefruit.

From QC, drank at home. Clear pale orange-tan pour. Fine creamy off-white head. Smells of crisp grapefruit and other citric fruits, resinous woody hop. A small bit of caramel/honey malt too. Taste is deeply resinous hop, very dry, some white pepper and malt/corn, bitter mineral finish with a dank hop bite. Body is medium, slick, gentle carbonation. A relatively straightforward IPA but one that's very well done - great resiny bitterness and balance.

12fl oz bottle pours a clear mid amber with a good off white head that lasts. Aroma is tropical fruit syrup, grapefruit, mango and pineapple. Mouthwatering nose! Taste is great with over ripe pineapple and big honeydew melon and some sticky caramel. Lovely, surprisingly thick mouth feel and a big hoppy, resinous, pine sappy, bitter finish. Excellent IPA.

Really good pour, great head, was frozen due to fridge temp being reduced. Bitter after taste. Fruity smell, floral bit of a caramel like taste. Will try one that hasn’t been frozen.

TAP. pours a clear gold with minimal head, solid lacing. Toffee & malts on the nose, subtle hops. Sweet sticky toffee malts, to a warm boozy middle, finishing with a sticky slightly hoppy back end.. More malty then hoppy? Sourced Pourhouse Dunsborough

Poured from bottle, pale amber with medium head. Aroma with an explosion of fruit and pine mixed up with some caramel and bread. Taste is bitter but really well balanced, backed up with a light body and a long bitter finish. Taste notes of peach, grape fruit, resin and some bread. Loved it!

Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with good off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel. Taste is sweet with citrus, pine and more caramel and a nice alcohol bite underpinning proceedings. A classic IPA.
