After many years of searching I have found the perfect IPA. Hoppy, Dry, Powerful but really easy to drink. Outstanding with Italian food. Great with everything else, even Ice cream. It is really easy to consume more than is safe.

Holy crap, why have I been drinkking anything else? Gret deep rich malt flabor nicely balanced and refresed by a good deal of hops. Nice white foamy head. Good amount of bitterness, but still very drinkable.

12 oz. bottle. Piney and citrusy taste but very smooth and didn’t seem as bitter as some other IPA’s I’ve had. A beer that is very enjoyable to drink and I could drink all day.

On Tap at Gingerman, Dallas. Pours golden amber, lovely head & lacing. Fresh citrus on the nose, with white grapes; like walking through an evergreen forest after a rain. Hops-forward, pleasant resiny flavor fills your mouoth with pine-bright goodness. Clean, fantastic aftertaste, perfection that lingers in the best way. Very drinkable/sessionable, we order this beer anytime/anywhere.

Poured golden with a little while head, amazing fruity smell went up my nose before my lips hit the glass, citrus hops definitely present, tasty brew.

Pours a light amber with nice head and constant bubbles though the end. Very nice hops aroma. Tingles the tip of your tongue at first, then comes a wonderful blast of hops all over and, finally finishes with bitter on the back sides. Being a prodominant fan of Weissebier I was very impressed with this beer. It has renewed my opinion of IPA.

Great IPA! Medium head. Very pronounced aroma of hop, one of the best aromas ever. Excellent balance of bitter and dry flavors. One of the best colored beers I have ever seen, only the premium Belgium beers do better.

Smooth, perfectly floral, a beautiful color, and tasty beyond belief. The perfect IPA.

Loved the hop to malt ratio, great color and finish was average to long and with the hops they use, it was great

Wow! A love of hops is obviously the origin of this delightful brew. Sweet and full with a hint of pine or maybe alcohol. Clear, deceiving color does not alert you to the secrets locked inside the glass. There is a space on the cooler shelf from now on for my new favorite.
